Best Home Treadmills
Most people ignore treadmills as a great exercise tool, seeing it as a lazy attempt to avoid going outside. I beg to differ. There is a reason why these great accessories have become a common household item.
- Firstly, treadmills incorporate shock absorption in order to protect your ankles and knees from the wear and tear of jogging or walking. This is also a detail I will be looking for in my selection of bargains.
- Weather conditions are stable all year round, rejoice. Theres nothing stopping owners from turning the music on during a foggy, cold and rainy day and exercising in complete comfort.
- A gym will cost you more in the long run.
- You have the luxury of many distractions that can make you lose calories before you know it. Watch your favorite shows, a new movie or simply listen to music.
- Treadmills also give you a customizable running experience. Choose the slope, speed and degree of your exercise.
- Know the extent of your exercise by calculating energy expenditure and calorie usage. This is idea for those of us who have a distinct schedule and timeline for their fitness. Be in control.
Without further a-do, I present you the best home treadmills.

Great reviews. We have a TRUE treadmill, bought it at a moving sale from some folks who are into marathons. We have had it for 6+ years now and its still going strong and gets used almost every day.
