In terms of trust-building, Handy Moves does a good job. It has a neat little "new testimonials" section on its website as well as a far more impressive page dedicated to showcasing its commercial clients. Notables include the City of Westminster, the NHS and iTV. The list is quite extensive.

How well do they fare in terms of independent customer feedback? Let's go and have a look. Using the same tactic (to be fair) to gage feedback, the aggregate satisfaction level sits on 4 out of 5 stars, although to be fair, there are three times as many reviews. The website itself gave me an almost instantaneous nightmare, will their flashy, swirling, moving, pop-outs reveal echo their business plan, or is it simply a case of poor website design (again, my opinion)?

Easy Move's emphasis seems to rely on experience, boasting slogans of 20 years of experience and 10 years of client references, a nice asset to be sure. Much like Handy Moves, Easy Move offers an impressive list of commercial clients to entice customers, although many of them are not London-based.

The real forte comes in the form of customer feedback, despite having more reviews than both of the other candidates thus far, it can site proudly by its perfect 5 star rating. The customers seem overwhelmingly happy, and therefore, so am I. But they really should consider revamping the website in my opinon.
